I always knew the devs wanted to make the player feel fast in the Arkham City Genre before Knight was a thing which they succeeded in .. But seeing this video , makes me think that this is the speed the player was *canonically supposed to move at*
Pretty much. Not to knock him, but OP waits to detonate a couple mines in this video, which is time that can be spent knocking out an isolated goon while the rest panic, rather than doing a rehearsed takedown with the mine. But, yeah, once you get good at this game like OP has, you start getting a sense of how efficiently Batman defeats his opponents, and how threatening he _actually_ is.
What Strange is saying is that he's in the final phases _leading up to_ Protocol 10, which is a containment safeguard that allows him to legally start killing inmates. But this Gotham plan and activating Protocol 10 to wipe out Gotham's criminals is only phase one of an even bigger plan. He intends to do roughly the same in Metropolis (Superman's city) and Keystone (Flash's city).
I have NEVER seen someone clear out this room that fast. This is both awesome and hilarious, because you took them all down before Strange could even finish his monologue. That’s awesome work man!!! I’ll never be as good as you, but at least I managed to earn the platinum trophy.
