I like David's callback of the timey-wimey quote from Blink. I also haven't seen a moment when the actor playing the Doctor had their birthday during production since Matt Smith's birthday when they were filming The Hungry Earth for Series 5.
Can you post the bit where RTD pathetically pretends that Davros’s iconic look is ‘offensive’. I am really really disappointed about that. I used to love the man but he’s really pissed me off with that. Absolute nonsense.
It’s not a pathetic defence, disability has had a long history (in media) with being associated with villains. As a disabled person myself, Davros never offended me but I get the choice to move away from that… Saying that, however, the problem I find with Davros is less so in his appearance more so in the characterisation; you can keep the iconic design but I think if one were to give him more depth/humanity, you could move away from the ‘disabled villain’ trope while making him recognisable to both casual and die-hard fans.
@@oliversvoice4383his design is iconic and has been completely problem free for what? 50 years. Now we’re all of a sudden pretending it’s an issue. It’s utterly ridiculous. Series 9 gave him characterisation, the big finish audios, series 4 as well. We’re allowed to have someone with a disability who’s evil. There’s no issue here at all. 🤦🏻♂️ He’s a person with a disability who happens to be evil. He’s not evil because he has a disability. It’s totally ridiculous. We don’t have to be offended by EVERY single thing. So great, another character ruined, no more Davros ever again 🙄 let’s just hope he doesn’t appear at all throughout RTD’s new era and we get a writer to bring back the proper Davros with his iconic design after Russell has left. This better not bleed into the audio adventures as well

I’m so pleased we get to see the BTS again
Yay! You're posting these too! Thanks!
