That's great i went back to aluminum boat bought a 2014 skeeter and couldn't justify spending that much money sold it bought g3 1860 jon boat and love it . Love to fun fish and fish tournaments but nothing better then fishing with the wife and dogs keeping it simple and catching fish , great video
Bobby Fresh Thank you. As long as we can fish, that's all that matters. Thanks for watching. We are trying to fishing today... That's the plan. We just got off of the airplane and tired.
I own a bass tracker 17 foot and it's a great boat asside from routine maintenance it owes me absolutely nothing, it's put me, my son and my buddies on a ton of fish for not alot of money and I plan to get many more years out of it
Yes this boat is one I just plan to keep forever. It does exactly what I need and I just do my maintenance. Then only major maintenance I've had to really do this time was I had to replace the throttle cables because one of them.
Soggy Bottom River Boys Thanks for watching and subbing. We are enjoying the boat so far. I am happy my wife loves to fish... She broke my heart when she said she loves to shoot more than fish... That's my second, so I can't complain, lol! Good luck to you this year!
No issues with mine. I do my own regular maintenance. I did a deck extension, added second livewell, and more. I am preparing to do a 5 year ownership video. I'm not getting rid of my boat. It still does what I need. It has been in tournaments and more. Is it 5he fastest? Not... Can it be wet ride in rough water, yes. Can you go fast in rough water, not safely... Is it my lifetime boat, absolutely!!! I will get a second before selling this one. Stay tuned for my review and let me know when you get yours
Congrats on the new boat. Dropped my boat off at Bass Pro this morning for service and while I was there I checked out the new Heritage model, looks like a great boat for a great price. Hope you and your wife have many fun days on the water.
I just bought my first boat. It's a 91 bass tracker. Im about to install a motorguide xi5 linked to a lowrance elite 9. I'm foaming at the mouth ready to get it out as soon as Montana thaws out! I love those Heritage boats. If I had the money for something new that is what I would have gotten for sure.
Wish u would post a pic of the prop propeller. So I can see the nut, lock ring and bushing. Think someone put mine on wrong. It's getting sloppy, moves back and forth oh most a 1/4 of a in now. I've only put in water 3 times. I check prop e verytime. First it's was tight. After one time in the water loosen up a lil. Look good and felt fine. Second time loosen up a lil more. I thought it was breaking in and probley was done getting looser. 3 time out and now it the loose gap has doubled. I'm taking it back to the deal. I know that I could fix but not sure if that would void the warranty. So I'll let the deal fix I guess and wait and wait and wait for a 15 min fix.
Nice channel and like your boat. Tip that may help. Once you get boat winched up into position you can release the tension on the strap with your winch , which will allow you to hook up your safety chain much easier. Regardless of submersible lights or not , I always take the one second to disconnect the trailer lights before backing into the water. If lights have been on and are hot are warm and the water is cold , it could blow em. Just me... noat Again very nice channel and boat!
I just got a email about 2 days ago mine will be ready for shipping estimate 18 April should have it in Texas by the 1st week of May I ordered mine 30 January glad you are posting thanks for the info
A tip is when your putting the boat on the trailer use the motor to load so the boat set on the trailer better and also the fron of your put was under the roller so it will help to not back in the water as far and the safety strap hooks to the o on the winch congrats on the boat
Ike I have taken my previous dogs fishing there years ago. We just fished from my the shore. Thing is not dog or human can touch the water. That's all. No swimming or drinking the water. Oher than that, you are free to talk your dog.
It says... Dogs are welcome at San Pablo Recreation Area in the west side parking lots, picnic areas and paved roads. Dogs are not allowed in any boat or in the reservoir. Please keep dogs on a leash (6 foot maximum) and no more than three dogs per person.... So, not the launching area or on a boat. You can't even go there and leave them in your car. Down the road... picnic area is ok.
Ike Hmm, must be new or not enforced. I guess rules are rules if the sign says. They didn't say anything to us and I k ow powple who have boated with their dogs there as well.
Dan Barber Awesome. I am editing a few videos now. I just put off-road lights on the FJ. It started because I fish late and I cannot see a dang thing backing the trailer down the ramp at night. I installed led flood lights and hella 500ff on the rear. I I wired the rear lights through the roof rack. I installed led fog lights in the front bumper and put on some hella 700ff on the front. If you are interested, follow if you like, or just search for me on Instagram "JaimeAstin".
Hey Jamie we ordered our boat in January still not here, looking forward to fishing in the new tracker we live in Florida in a little town called crescent city,it's called the bass capital of the world, can't wait, watch your videos all the time, they are awesome, great fishing in your new tracker.
David Anger David.. sounds like I need to visit the bass capital of the world! Yeah, mine was pushed back a couple weeks. Have your contacted your dealer? I moved mine from Bass Pro to a local dealer that could have been less pressured. When I was at BPS on DEC 30th, 2017, I was about 9th that day to put an order in... BPS got swamped and I am not sure how they are handling orders and logistics. My shop stared getting boats in for delivery in February. Hang in there, you will get your right on time and be killing out there... Seriously, I think I need to plan a trip your way!
Wide Open Water Congratulations! We got in on something special. I was originally in it for a good boat package, but it is a lot more special now that we are owners of this limited release... Since when does a boat sell out? Thanks for watching and please share any tips you have. Becareful with the hub caps... I lost one.
Jaime! Glad you enjoyed your new Tracker; looks great. I had a Tournament TX-17 with a 60 hp a few years ago and it was a lot of fun. Congrats to Jacqueline on the nice trout; Brie is a doll in her cute puppy life jacket! I hope your wife doesn't mind ever seeing you again because you'll be on that reservoir night and day....ha, ha, just kidding. Congrats, my friend! Don
that 2nd hook on your boat wench strap is to connect to the wench post so you have a solid connection while towing. I saw you clip it to the boat coulda moved it but just wanted to make sure nothing happens, other than that great setup and nice video
MoD_Doc Thanks for pointing that out. Yes, I connected it to the wench post be after we rolled it out of the water, just didn't want it banging around... I will add a not to the video so no one is confused. I appreciate you taking the time to point it out. Always better safe than not. That's for watching
Colin Weeks I got the boat I wanted. Rangers are nice, but I didn't even consider it. When I saw the heritage, I bought it and have no regrets. In the grand scheme of things, it will hold it's value in the grand scheme of things. Funny, most people who watch this video are interested in the heritage boat.
More men should get their wives out on the water. It’s always good to spend quality time with the family and friends we love. Life is so hectic and stressful most of the time.
I want to make sure my wife catches the first fish on my boat, too. Just to make sure my fishing partner doesn't get to claim the title. You know what I mean. LOL
beautiful boat bro
Thanks man. Still loving it. Did a few modifications it. No issues this far

Wear your life jacket your videos are too good we dont wanna lose you over not having life jacket
Thanks, I appreciate that. I always wear it now. Even my dog. I always use the Killswitch too.
Been looking at one of these for a while. Was curious, what’s your top speed in this boat?
33mph.
Just put a deposit on one of these bad boys. How’s it holding up?
No issues with mine. I do my own regular maintenance. I did a deck extension, added second livewell, and more. I am preparing to do a 5 year ownership video. I'm not getting rid of my boat. @@jaimeastin thank u for.the fast reply what about 2 stroke motors?
@@RajeshSharma-uk6yp they are fine. The only restriction.is if you want to fish in the refuge
@@jaimeastin thank you
Took mine out for the first time today. Impressed with it and enjoyed just cruising the lake, while breaking it in.
Did you cover the hole in the dash where the hook 3 was located?
martaward I was going to cover it with kydex or plastic weld it together, but currently it's completely covered with my fish finder.
