Ada and I met Dr. Eric Verdin, President and CEO of the Buck institute, and we asked him what we can do simply. As a start we skip breakfast and try not to eat anything before 11. Part of our past conditioning is to eat three meals a day and not to go / feel hungry. For me (Stefan) just knowing that it is OK to skip breakfast and extend fasting a short period of time was of benefit.
The study he is talking about is tiny - 5 people. If it is so revolutionary, why aren't big universities and research centres in line to study thousands at a time?
This sounds simpler than what I am doing right now drinking a lot of fluid which I’m in bathroom all day long would be nice to have a pill to take ..and I’m taking 2 things right now .
