Max skill page and full detective set he’ll get about +7 Sp every turn with a 2 turn skill 2 cooldown it’ll be sk3,sk2,sk3 on repeat SP-8 on anyone but like would it be worth it? Still gotta wait till turn 2 for it since SA Vanessa total silences. There’s 4 debuffers coming out so I guess pick and choose on preference. Just remembered passive gives extra +1 SP every turn so with max skill page +3, full detective set +3, and +2 start of every turn, which you can spam ult and reduce mobility. Him paired with SA Vanessa or Dorothy is evil work lmao but hey should’ve really gave him a better combo skill like 30-50% reduce mobility or SP-3, or incapacitate AOE or SOMETHING good and useful especially against SA Vanessa
It seems like a decent unit, but I don't think it will be seen much in the meta. Its Ability kit is excellent for leveled game modes and balanced stats (like the turret for example the tower of honor). It would definitely be horrible to fight this Luck in a balanced arena where only base stats would count.
