I believe Reoto the "android" and mostly quiet one during the live streams does most of the writing and arranging. This song is the last track on their upcoming full album called SCORE. I am sure the album will have a great amount of different styles on it based on this one. They had a fun live stream today promoting the CD and new merch.
Composition credits for music on their EP "Octave" are shared between Asanuko (4 tracks) and Reoto (3 tracks). This track music by Asanuko, lyrics by ほほ美 (Hohomi, the vocalist). I can find an Asanuko who is a vocaloid producer but can't say if that's who does the music here.
