For the life of me I could never understand what people have against trims (cuts if needed) ! Do you do anything to protect your edges underneath wigs. Mine are super sensitive so I’m trying to find a way to protect them under wigs. One thing that has helped tremendously is only wearing my wigs 5 days at a time. I realize wearing them back to back for long periods of time actually damages my hair instead of protecting it. But do you have any other suggestions?
Mine are sensitive as well, I don’t have anything specific I do except I try not to get glue on my edges and when I take off my wigs I use conditioner. But wigs are my biggest problem with my hair, they do more harm than good.
Hi Rah can you give me some tips my hair is short in the middle i can't take hair vitamin i make sure i ex conditioning that part it be dry an not moisturize as much as my back an fronts sides an also my daughter she 14 an she all natural an she take hair vitamin can you give me some information for both of us

👋🏽 i agree with Rah, some way that you are styling your hair consistently is stunting your crown growth, change it up. Baby that area, be gentle with it. Condition it separate from the rest, moisturize , trim, massage and oil it separate from the rest. Little to no tension on that area.
