Wasn't it Salvager on Zoe to get blue buff, rabadon, and TG?
I don't mean to be a backs eater but riot changed how mana works so you don't have to calculate whether blue buff or shojin is better on each champ. If the mana overflows it carries over towards the champs next cast. With this in mind, shojin would've been perfectly fine on Zoe even with 4 scholar because the mana would carry over.
That's really nice.
Although it's probably still not a good item. It would be like putting mana items on 4/6 Invokers last set. They already have a good source of mana. Damage items or attack speed to make use the on hit should make more sense.
