Milo is one of my passions, but after hearing about how easily it gets scratched, I'm trying to hold my $$$$. The problem is, now, after watching your video, I want all of them 😂
😂 I get it!! I am not great at keeping my bags pristine. I enjoy them and don’t want to baby every single bag I have. I do love a smooth leather though, so I have a few pieces that have scratches here and there. It shows they’ve been worn and loved 🥰 The good thing is that for this kind of leather, if there’s a scratch (not too deep), we can simply rub a finger on it and it should be good again! I use Cadillac leather conditioner on mine (and a spray to avoid color transfer from clothes)!
My guess would be that you’re keeping the Milo and Justine, they’re very versatile. I got one of the raffia style bags last year and I ove using it in the warmer weather. Just waiting for the sun to come to London!
I agree with you 😍 They’re the most unique ones! I returned both though :( I might repurchase Isabelle pouch in a month or two! I normally wear raffia bags just around spring/summer, so I couldn’t justify keeping them all! 🥲

I love all the Sézane bags 😍the styles, colours and materials are stunning. I think you will keep the green Milo 😊the style is lovely. I would have such a difficult time choosing which bag/bags to keep. I would probably end up keeping them all 😅

I ended up returning Isabelle, but I love that bag SO much! I might repurchase in the future 🥲🙈 I kept Justine and Milo and already wore both - they’re amazing!! The textured one is a great choice if you don’t want to deal with the super smooth leather! ❤️

That would be beautiful! They have Romeo in suede I think? The Heritage leather will patina over time with lots of scratches and marks indeed, to me it adds beauty to it, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea of course :)

I just got my mini Milo bag and it came as defective (permanent black scuff marks, adjustable clasps have fallen out when I tried to adjust for the first time and a splitting strap). I unfortunately took the tag off already. I’ve been ordering Sezane for a very long time and never had issues with their items that I normally just take the tag off on the egg go and this is the first time where there’s a defect. What’s your experience with contacting customer support and do you have any tips on how to reach out to them?
I quickly ordered the Isabelle pouch in blush when one finally came back in stock. It arrived today and to my horror, the chain had broken and the raffia was fraying in other parts too. I could see that the chain strap was made of a light plastic, not metal or a more durable material. Kinda appalled at Sezane’s lack of quality control, and disappointed because the design is really nice.
I waited for the green Milo to be back in stock and when it finally did and I was able to ordered it, it turned out it had a lot of scratches on the back. Immediately returned it, what a disappointmentment.

Hi! Yes that’s right! :) The brown one is the regular size. This particular color, because it’s heritage leather , will patina over time. You’ll see scratches, but as long as they’re not deep, I personally think it looks beautiful. I have some bags with a super smooth leather (Chanel lambskin) and I simply rub my finger onto the scratch and it’s basically gone. I also use Cadillac leather conditioner and it helps a lot ☺️

Most of these I donated (over 7 bags of clothes, shoes and accessories) in the past year. I decided to keep what I truly love and what makes sense in my wardrobe. Sometimes due to body changes, style, places we start to go, taste (that also changes), I end up selling pieces on Poshmark /Sezane groups. Now that they’re more expensive, I must sell them, can’t simply donate all :( At this point, I’m trying to let go of one item every I get a new one. ☺️
