I realise that I am a creator and I created my life. I understand that I have to love my creation. Now I want to change some aspects. I have been working on these changes for years. Still there are some major aspects that I want to be a different way. I am exhausted ????
Try doing love meditation Ada. Just be happy with yourself and be loving and present with your breath and start sending love to your body. Be love! Haha! x 3 That is what has been helping me to manage my energy to do what I want. I can't start my day without it! 😄
If you have anything negative coming up during this time (patterns of thought, unexplained habits, fears, ect) just focus on loving and holding love within your body and send love to those troubled parts and asking/tell them that it's okay for them to be resolved, and that it is okay to let them go! It's okay! = ) ^c^ Most of what comes up are simply the old energies have been passed down by our parents who lived during rougher (and scarier) times. That energy gets passed on to us and is encoded within our bones and it's coming up within many to be released. Stay awesome out there Ada! We are sending you love from all of us! 😄🌎💖
