I grew up in Brookline, Coolidge Corner. Took this ride many times. I live in Orlando now, no trolleys. Sad Face. Thanks for the memories. 👍🏽

I forgot how beautiful it is to ride down Beacon Street on the C green line. The historic preserved brick and stone rows of residences houses and institutional buildings, behind blooming trees is like a painting. If it were most other cities, there would be one strip mall after another, loaded with McDonalds, Starbucks, and every bank out there. The only such concentration appears to be Coolidge Corner and at the end of the line.

Why does it skip some stops?

I actually did the recordings starting from the points where the lines split off at, so if a large handful of stops are missing, it's because it was recorded on the E & D branches. Plus, the Green Line was undergoing refurbishments so line were being extended or shorten randomly. Once the GLX project is done, I'm gonna do reverse directions -- including the B branch (which was shutdown completely due to refurbishment)

You have to ring a bell if you are getting off at the next stop if nobody rings the bell (yellow button) and nobody is at the stop they will skip the stop to preserve life in the trains since the stops are so close to each other, and it does save like 5 minutes per branch
