Just a suggestion turners instead of mall rods if made of wheels or rounded dials of metal or wheels might reduce work when making tons of screens like this

Excellent, Wich chemical you use for fixing the mesh ?
A tip for all those who mesh their own screen. When streching. Give tension let rest for a while loosen and give more tension never stretch and glue. Apply more tension as you got til it's to the fullest and a tension meter is always best. For smaller frames newman roller frame works great. Give credit to the welder. But there's little more than Just streching and glueing. You'll loose tension. That way.

oh my god.. stretching screen around welding activity is a recipe for disaster, just sayin🤣i've done that before. same with grinder. the metal dust can permanent lock emulsion. again just sayin😁 . I know they just showing results of the project

Look For Rhino best glue for
The job. There's two types RMA 3000 with catalyst is best you have to apply a layer on frame let dry and layer over mesh. The other I do not recomend lets off fumes it's good for emergency jobs that's all I'll recomend it for it comes with spray accelerant. Great for emergencies.
But I do recommend
RHINO RMA 300 with Catalyst. Cost about 100 dollars for a gallon. You have to k ow How to mix.
I recommend you mix little
At a time cause it will dry after a couple days keeping in the fridge will preserve it a little longer.any question hit me on the comment section. Cool

O esticador pode ser até bom, mas o operador, nunca vi pior. Até o quadro ele coloca torto, desperdiça cola. Horrível vídeo
A mecânica do esticador faz a tela entortar, em relação ao nylon.
Extremely expensive and complicated apparatus which much be fabricated at a welding and machine shop. Plus, this method is very time-consuming and quite messy with the glue. Surely this is one of the least desirable screen stretching methods I've seen.
