You don't have to snitch to be brought in to be questioned as a witness. The fact of the matter is when the real paper work was submitted Tay 600 name was not anywhere to be seen. If he had truly witnessed the alleged murder he most likely would have been on trial as well, even with a plea bargain through "snitching"he would have still done some time (5-15 years). They don't just let you off for conspiracy to commit murder (Which is treated like you did the crime by just knowing that crime took place.)
