UO Outlands - What matters as a PK? Number of kills?

While PKing I do miss a lot of kills even though I've got over 1k kills in a few months, mostly from solo runs.
Sure, when we take our target down it feels good. But there is something else that matters almost as much as a kill. It's the fear. The fear that a PK gives to another player when he arrives somewhere. It's not something you can record anywhere. Not measurable. But you feel it.
You know that, when all 5 of them are chasing you and calling you names, they are feeling it. It's the feeling both parties share. When you push it down a tad more to the other side, you enjoy the wonders of dopamine. A mix of that tiny adrenaline and dopamine is what makes the Ultima Online pvp fun.
You can notice that as soon as you take down one, others start showing signs of disorientation. Once you experience this, you hit the jackpot.

80x Tracking & Resist
90x Alchemy
70x Healing
For starters, I think this build is pretty good. It will take some practice to nail the gameplay. You will be more than able to kill anyone on the server. It will cost a bit to raise Alchemy and Magery which is why you could start it as a PvM first (to farm enough gold) while levelling up some aspect (such as Void Aspect). I wish I did that! Two things are the most important.
1 - Tons of Healing Potions
2 - And macro to drink them
Without them, every pk would die ten times more often.
Whenever red attacks me I hear " Gulp Gulp Gulp" and i think to myslef " Woow Sasha Grey plays UO"

I don't go around crying about it. But fear is not what I call it. Peace is what I call it. I don't play Outlands for the PvP. It happens to have boom tactic PvM as well. If they spliced it up like in payed UO I would still play and just has happily too. I don't mind pvp I just don't like the random any place every time version of it. If I want that crap I have real life already.
