The old girl threw us a loop that Aug 3 afternoon. Kicking low oil. In shop now. Filters and strainers plugged. We are replacing filters, cleaning the strainers and filter tank housing. Crossing fingers that’s it.

Never gonna give up a classic. Though since I live near the BNSF red river subdivision line I only get the BNSF. Sometimes some foreign power like NS and even more rare a csx or cp locomotive on it. I do have a museum in Wichita Falls Texas but none of them run. The museum has a Burlington Route steam locomotive and a lot of passenger and mail cars that used to be part of the Wichita valley railroad that came from Wichita Falls to where I am in Holliday Texas.

You should definitely vs Branchville SC in the near future, they got an old southern caboose there and the old southern depot too! They got NS trains flying through the curve at 40 mph or 37 I think definitely one of my most favorite railfanning spots

567 and 645 power assemblies can be swapped so it’s more than likely running 645 internals especially if it lasted past the late 70s in class 1 service
