Kandy Esala Perahera - THE BEST Festival I Have Ever Seen In Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

In other words - The Festival of the Tooth. The celebration starts at the Temple Of Tooth which houses the relic of the tooth of the Buddha.
The festival is happening every year in July/August for 2 weeks. It is considered as the epitome of the country’s Buddhist celebrations and is blessed with divinity.
In the parade, you can experience traditional local dances, elephants with colorful dresses, fire shows, and more!
