Thanks for taking us round the show. The small baler looks the business. You take care. 95% my pups are, at last coming to call, long may it last. Take care.
The latest Case is lovely Olly I remember trying to climb over the gear sticks to get to the little seat at the back window when I was a young lad ..... the Valtra is pretty cool also love the colour .... thanks for the video ... top job
My very first drive was on my uncles grey Ferguson and was taught trailer back at 13 years old in the summer hols. Wrote an essay on it and got in trouble for lying, dad sorted it out and the teacher had to apologize. Left school and went work a dairy farm that had 13 tractors, I got the cast iron grilled Fordson Major that ran on TVO with petrol start, mind you it had the deluxe steel seat cover, a folded hession sack. I enjoy a good country show and have visited a number on my travels, but somehow get drawn to the beer tent to inspect the local brews, this can take some time. Thanks for posting and reviving some old memories.
Andrews Valtra is smart and those mirrors are genius! I like the colour too. I thought it was new until you said it wasn't, bet that's a lot of tractor for the money? The case has polished up really well too.
The little Case looks fab, shines up a treat, 10/10 lads. Loving the metallic carrot 🥕 😆 I’m 70% today, heat casing my fibromyalgia to flare up. Otherwise loving the sun.
Never use an auger for trees , because the roots choke the rootball . The roots grow in the disturbed soil because it’s soft first . My boss learnt this after planting about 20,000 saplings and loosing half . Valtra looks good and tractor collection is getting bigger . Keep up the great content
Cheshire show highlights how urbanised my county of Kent has become. I bet in 2weeks time at the kent county show there won’t be one mainline manufacturer’s tractor on show or a plough! Off to the Groundswell show tomorrow to mix with regen farmers
Great video and something for you engineer for seized thing which works extremely well is a tool box buddy but it’s a bit hard to get hold off it works 99.9% of the time you can watch the rust run off 👍👍
10/10 for the tractor valeters, it looks smashing now. Your induction heater thingy might free up the track rod, lets hope you can get the wheels in, tractor will look much better.
The 1840 massey Heston baler is amazing peace of machinery i own 1 got a short video on my channel pushing out 1 bale every 4-5 seconds in heavy hay crop. Great video mate 👍
Hi Olly, Case is looking good. As you know this and it’s sister we’re British Sugar R&D tractors. (Shame you didn’t buy the pair lol). On the same order back in 1984/5 was an 885xl which was also Case Ih red with the tan interior. Also a 1056xl also a C Reg the 1056 was delivered a little sooner and arrived in International orange and cream. I drove both the 885 and the 1056 at Bury St Ed’s YFC ploughing marathons back in the mid 90’s. 1056 had a lovely purr.
Makita post borer what a beast, next purchase right there! Did andrew sleep in the valtra last night😆 little case has come up a treat, another hot one today!
Like Andrews new tractor looks smart ,Nice lot of classic tractors there today ,good to see Georgina looking good as usual,Your lads have made a cracking job of polishing that Case exellent job great video Ollie feeling 98% today Eddie
Long live the plough young man!, especially if we ever loose glyphosate, you wouldn't farm my land the way you farm yours. 95% today finished cereal spraying, yeeaaaah!, just a few fodder beet to do
Andrew’s carrot looks the business, I would say you need to start and run the old classics more and keep the battery energy up should make starting them easier
Track rods always seize if not moved regulary, try a hammer each side to see if it frees the rust. May need a bit of heat, but at least its black, so will easily paint again. Grease them well to prevent future issues. In line balers are ok, but usually bought by smaller farms who usually have smaller tractors, so straddling the swath can be an issue.
Pigeons will get through that net no problem. 😁 My bird table is like a fortress to keep bigger birds out but they nearly always find a way in eventually.
Wondered this for a while, why do some of the lads that work for you buy their own tractors like the Valtra? Do they get paid more for the hours/work that the tractor they own does?
Hey Olly if you have the time could you do a line up of all the tractors and loaders like you did on day 340 i think. It would be quite interesting to see what changed.
Sorry upsetting others this. Top tractors some and old case ih fendt and valtra. And the big beasts combines case ih axflow. Claas Lexion and JD T670i 100% Brilliant video at Cheshire show Olly. Next show is Kelsall steam rally this weekend I be there
Are you at the European championships in August too Olly at Great Eccleston showground? Like the show, but 10x more pullers & this year it’s either world or European championships, so there’ll be a good 10+ in each class. Cannot wait!
Hope you get some hot 🔥 student teachers tomorrow!🤞😎💯❤️ Delighted you've bought the 4955.👍 Could you put weight above the rear axle on the big Case to improve grip tractor pulling?
That little case has come up lovley and is so tidy. Love the orange on Andrew's new tractor as well and glad you got the Deer off him to keep it in the barn as that's a proper monster sounding tractor. Not having a good few months latley and percentage is a little down as we lost another one of our dogs to cancer the other week and she was our oldest little girl as well and so special. That's 2 we have lost in the last 6 months now and Im also back in hospital recovering after my 2nd kidney operation and got another stent to help my kidney recover after the op. But Ive got to come back again for a 3rd op in about 3 to 4 weeks on the same kidney. Just hope our luck changes a little after this but Ill be back shifting the tarmacers around again next week in the truck.
Olly, what music do you listen to in the fields, I am trying to compile my spotify songs into a fieldwork playlist, also is it acceptable to listen to songs which mention or feature love?

Said that to Howard tbh
Pigeons will get through that net no problem. 😁 My bird table is like a fortress to keep bigger birds out but they nearly always find a way in eventually.
Looks completely different after polish 9/10 needs some new stickers, not a valtra fan but that colour is seriously smart
Great content again
Wondered this for a while, why do some of the lads that work for you buy their own tractors like the Valtra? Do they get paid more for the hours/work that the tractor they own does?
Your choice of 'goldfish colour' on the Valtra is spot on, Olly. 😉
Great job on the case 11/10
Your guy has gone from Apollo13 (JD) to Mars Rover (N154) real game changer like my N174..... 585xl would be ideal for a enrossi batrake! 😉👍
Top video squire!
Those wooden animal sculptures were at the 3 counties in malvern
