It's incredible just how much Tiffany has improved live. I remember watching old performances of SNSD and she never really stood out much live. However, she seems to be singing excellently in all her live performances of IJWD. Granted, IJWD isn't a very vocally challenging song but all that dancing with singing would've required great breath control and the belts at the end wouldn't have been easy at all after all the dancing beforehand. Tiffany has impressed us all again!

Tiffany has always been my bias, but I wasn't that into this track at first. I'm so glad to see her singing live now, it makes the performances a lot more enjoyable. Yeah her dancing was a bit sacrificed for the singing, but she's playing to her strengths. Now we know you can do both (I mean we already did anyways) Go Tiffany!!

You dont understand, They record a 'LIVE VOCAL' with only their full-live voice then they use THAT as the lip-sync instead of just using the playback as a lip-sync (which sounds fake and plastic). By doing this, you can fool everybody into thinking you sing full-live and can dance and move around the stage at the same time. It's often used by people who sing and dance simultaneously and when they record the live vocal beforehand they are often encouraged to make mistakes or quivers (lol) to make it sound even more 'live' so nobody says 'you're miming' its hard to explain on paper but trust me, its the new trick that everyones doing these days. I totally believed she was singing full live until 1:23, she messed up "I just wanna" before the second verse was a live-vocal line NOT PLAYBACK OR BV's and the microphone was nowhere near her mouth. She's obviously not lip syncing, use headphones. She's just did a great live performance. These days I've noticed that when kpop artists sing well on stage and sound like the recording, people automatically assume its lipsync. The differences are subtle but if you listen to the recording and then to this, the voice isn't the same. Tiffany is just do a damn good job of singing this on stage.

I have never understood all of the unnecessary hate towards Tiffany's singing. Yes, it's been acknowledged that she's not the strongest in vocals in SNSD - Taeyeon is. But it still doesn't take away the fact that she can actually SING and DANCE. She gets lots of lines for a reason. For me, her voice is very pleasant to hear! Her album debut really shows her style and distinguishes herself from SNSD's color. Because she doesn't have anyone telling her that she's doing something wrong, she continues singing incorrectly and hurting her voice. Think of your vocal cords like a CD or DVD, the more you scratch it the worse it works, the same principal is true with your voice. The reason her voice has gotten "worse" is not for lack of effort, in fact possibly it's for overwork of an already unhealthy way of singing, but for mistreatment of her instrument. And yes she was singing live, there were notes that were slightly off pitch. That wouldn't have happened if it was prerecorded.

To all those saying its lip sync just because she totally slayed, she is not lip syncing, why do you think they changed tiffany's choreography in the first place? Its because its hard to sing while lying down. To those saying she had a lip sync fail in some parts of the performance, its not a lip sync fail, I mean, how can it be a lip sync fail if there's no sound? Besides she was getting ready for the next line.
She definitely got a rich powerful voice and also got a feminine side.. tender heart weak.. One of her unique is she attack every part with persistence. She can convey the feeling.... her voice in the IJWD got California soul.. rain day night in LA street...

I have never understood all of the unnecessary hate towards Tiffany's singing. Yes, it's been acknowledged that she's not the strongest in vocals in SNSD - Taeyeon is. But it still doesn't take away the fact that she can actually SING and DANCE. She gets lots of lines for a reason. For me, her voice is very pleasant to hear! Her album debut really shows her style and distinguishes herself from SNSD's color.
If you disagree, I respect your decision, but please stop embarrassing yourself and whatever fandom you're apart of by bashing on SNSD, Jessica, and Tiffany. And I'm not even a SONE. I just appreciate a good song and performance when I see it.

Because she doesn't have anyone telling her that she's doing something wrong, she continues singing incorrectly and hurting her voice. Think of your vocal cords like a CD or DVD, the more you scratch it the worse it works, the same principal is true with your voice. The reason her voice has gotten "worse" is not for lack of effort, in fact possibly it's for overwork of an already unhealthy way of singing, but for mistreatment of her instrument. And yes she was singing live, there were notes that were slightly off pitch. That wouldn't have happened if it was prerecorded.
