I used to rev my boosted JDM D15B VTEC to 9k rpm between shifts at the flashlight drags...lmao It was honestly a really fun single cam and I never had any issues with it other than blowing the dipstick out after a pull due to not having a catch can. After I went B series I gave the D15B to my buddy and he ran it boosted for 2 years before he sold the car, and the guy that bought the car went crazy with the boost controller and blew it up after it having ran boosted for over 40k miles.
Hey Hunter, I just bought Skunk 2 Tuner Stage 3 cams, S2 dual valve springs with titanium retainers, S2 LMAs (it all came in a kit), Mishimoto radiator, Mishimoto black silicone hoses, a Mishimoto 12" fan (also came as a kit), XS Power 3.5" thick front mount intercooler, and all one piece charge pipes. So far I have the dual valve springs installed in the head, and I am currently working on valve to valve clearance.
Hey man you should probably get some bigger axles soon on the fox. A cheap way if you dont want a spool is to find a explorer there posi and they are 31 spline. Find a used set of axels and a c clip elim. You can build a beefy 8.8 pretty cheap. Stock 28 spline stuff can only take so much. If it was a manual it would have done broke and probably tore your quarter off because you still have c clips. Very least get the c clip elims so when one breaks you dont die.
Buddy old ej1 d16 turbo ran 10.5-10.6 all day @ 133-135 mph with around mid 400s. My old ej8 d16 turbo ran 11.3-11.6 with only 386 whp. With your power it should go 10s easily.

I'll send some momrenprime pantry before my free membership runs out LOL 👌
With my build I plan to make 500-550 and hope to do it at a lower rpm so that I can have a better power curve and make more torque at lower rpm for better acceleration and long run durability.

what are the specs on the gtx3071 that you sell? (trim, hot side, etc) looking at picking one up for my z6 build, want 350-400hp and decently quick spooling lol, thanks!

Bad dizzy strikes again... The b20v my brother built with a junk dizzy killed the b20v. He tried arguing with me that it wasn't but the cam sensor was bad... Lesson learned don't buy junk ebay electrical parts

How come you set the rev limiter to only 7500? If power still climbing rev that sucker up. We had our d16 turning to 8500.
Stated in the video car feels like a 10 second car. Just tough with only 1000rpm powerband and a slipping clutch. Need to get those dialed in
Rev limit is also at 8500 the first few dyno graphs car was hitting boost cut not rev limit
