Great review considering the limited hardware you used for it. A reviewer of your skills deserves a nice hardware upgrade. Do try and bring out a review of the XC 500 RR as well.
Hi Ishanth!this is the best review I have seen..I am quite new to geared cycling world..I love to offroad, and also like to go for some short trips within 50kms..How do you think x-50 is gonna perform to my expectations?I have ordered one to enter seriously into cycling...how is x-50 better than the bikes from trek which are priced between 30k-50k(marlin series)
Hey,I got my bike today...but there's no tool kit inside the box to adjust the handle bar and fix the pedals.. customer care number also is not working..any idea on how I can fix it by buying tools from a local repair shop?
@@expertanalysis6196 hi u will basically need an allan key set and a pedal wrench or any 14-15 number spanner.. allan keys will help install the handle bars and stem and the pedal wrench/spanner will help attach the pedals..rest i think the bike is pre assembled right.
Thank you so much for the quick reply...okay I ll go and buy allan key set and probably pedal wrench/spanner too from a local shop..yes the rest of it is assembled.
Nice review of the Rockrider XC 100, you did a great job there. Its a pity Decathlon does not have such reviews on their site. How is a 11-34T cassette and 22/32/44T crankset combo for uphills ?? Is the gearing ratio good for steep uphill??
Hi thank u so much, really appreciate it. See if ur not planning on riacing, 11-34 , 22-32-44 cassette/crank setup is more than enough. Hills wont be any problem.
Thanks for such a nice and interesting review video. Liked it a lot. 😊👍 I have a query, the Trek Marlin 8 will be a better option when compared to XC100? Please let me know. The other option I have in my mind is Decathlon ST 900S but its wheel size is 27.5 inches only. Please help as you are more experienced in this. I'm looking for trails and longer rides and like to have speed. May be put a carrier and light bag travelling. Also, let me know for any other recommendations. Thank you.
Bro best rewiev for cycle actually I am buying this one only but before buying I wanted the suggestion of this cycle and ya I love the suspension remote lockout feature in this cycle 🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗
Absolutely loved the review. I am still split between this bike and thr van rysel ultra af. Cant decide whether to go mtb or roadbike. Because i usually ride on roads but roads may not always be in a good condition everywhere you go? Have you ever faced any issues on this bike keeping up with roadbikers or were u getting dropped due to the speed disadvantage on an mtb?
No mountain bike will keep up with a road bike.. Completely different set-up. the wheels/tyres on the road bike are built for speed. not so on a mountain bike.
2018 and 2019 models of the scott scale 980 are at par with the xc100, the scott looks better and had has better design. But where it tips the scale towards the XC100 for me is the afterrsales quality of decathlon....scott doesbt have good after sales service. So i wud suggest the xc100
