    I like how fluently the questions ran into each other. I never got the impression she was badgering the patient with a ton load of questions. I really like the fluidity.

    Does she mean like her doctor prescribed? Why does she keep saying suggested?

      So doctors can write prescriptions for medications or advise on OTC medications. Your doctor is unlikely to prescribe paracetamol for example for a short term muscles pain but will advise you got to the pharmacist and purchase it.
