Live attenuated vaccine - Alive but weak pathogens are introduced in our body to induce production of antibodies.

Elephantiasis disease is caused by filarial worm which comes under nematodes or aschelmithes .
In DNA we have thymine as base protein but in RNA it's uracil.
Also, cell wall in bacteria is made of peptin and peptidoglycan . In fungi it is of chitin (complex sugar) .
In plants it is made up of cellulose.
And the last question. Asexual reproduction takes place in plasmodium through - multiple fission.
