@@WoWUndad It wasn’t scripted, they were just in pre raid bis dungeon gear instead of ZG/AQ20 gear like last time. You specifically gain a lot of stamina from that gear compared to pre raid bis, so it’s a lot lower risk for HC characters.

Quick Fandy death probability for anyone who cares: ~there are two fireguards, this is for only one of them casting at the same time~ (edit: only one firewalker casts Fireblossom): Fireblossom shoots 6 times, once every second. You can see that she got hit by two consecutive shots. If you disregard that fact, the probability of 2 out of any of the 6 shots hitting the same target is: Probability of any out of 6 shots hitting you: (100%/40)*6 = 15% Probability of any of the 5 remaining shots hitting you: (100%/40)*5 = 12.5% Probability of both of these things happening: 15% * 12.5% = 1.875% So if no healer heals in 1-6 seconds there is a probability of 1.875% of someone dying every pull IF they are squishy enough and don't have the fire protection pot on a high enough number. Considering that two consecutive shots hit her, that probability is of course way lower: Can simplify to chaning the ability to only having 2 shots for that probability: Probability of first shot hitting you: (100%/40)*1 = 2.5% Probability of second shot hitting you: (100%/40)*1 = 2.5% Probability of both shots hitting you: 2.5% * 2.5% = 0.0625% Arguments can be made that f not two consecutive shots hit her she can be healed. There is only 1 firewalker that shoots out fire blossoms. The bigger one is a flameguard and has different abilities. Also that 1.875% applies to every single person in the raid. It is very common for someone to get double fireballed, it isn't that unlikely. The chances that someone gets double fireballed is 2.5% on each fireball after the first, since it's 1/40 to be on the same target as previous. Double fireball will kill anyone if they don't have greater fire prot pot and even tanks if they aren't being healed constantly.

I never did MC as a raid... I started playing during BC. Only times I've been there is on retail. I've got Sulfuras, but never managed to get Thunderfury 😕 😪 so it's always fun for me to see a full raid... and with Onlyfangs... it's epic ❤
Respawn timer starts when you zone into the instance so if someone was sitting inside for awhile even before the raid started when the raid ID the respawns are highly possible. 39:00 No prebubbles on mages/priests 1:22:00 pull is terrifying, smart that they GFPP's Ignoring Sodas call and melee in was the right decision. Arcane pot 2 mins before pull, all DPS in - arcane absorb most of the initial damage and have your finger over a second one 1:43:30 if you dip below 50% at any point. All healers should be spamming max rank chain heals/renews into the middle melee anticipating massive incoming damage. Nobody should die.
you're forgetting some of these people are absolute animals, and most of those are healers because they literally got boosted healbotting a good player. Which is fine, but i think they did well considering their very little knowledge of the game. It's easy to get overwhelmed and just block. Think of it like raiding when you were 9 years old, not even joking.
Also Xar…don’t ever ever reck without deathwish up and try to save for execute phase unless you it’s a super long fight and you can deathwish twice or you need to push through a phase

From someone who was their guilds 2hand warrior (Horde) you have to go improved slam spec if you want to pump/parse and you need a weapon swing timer to time the slams immediately after an auto

They just need to watch their health and get out if the arcane explosion is killing them. That's why you were the only mainly to not go in.Because you missed the second part of what he said

This is exactly why Gunnar and Annie died. They didn't realize all the ranged were not truly on the threat meter and got insta gibbed. Also Soda wearing fucking fire resist gear is just stupid as fuck. Your healers are supposed to keep you alive.

Doesn't matter since they all have world buffs which melts the bosses. If the raid did it without world buffs then most of the strats should be done.
