Without a doubt, top 10 stand-up comedian/storyteller prior to 2000. In the 2000's, stand-up comedy has largely changed to be either vulgarity, cuntiness or simple retardation so perhaps you don't understand.

He was well-regarded for helping many struggling comedians in his day, but yeah...I've never gotten many laughs from the guy.
