Delta is formed when Rivers collect too much sediment that it slows down and divide its main branch into various streams which are called distributaries. While Estuaries flow without getting their flow interrupted that is no slow down, mostly due to their bed structure or path not having much sediments.
Sediment deposition is more, with formation of wetlands at mouth in deltas whereas in Estuaries river water combines with sea directly with very minimal sediments.
Huge sedentation done by eastern river that deposited to form delta
West flowing river are small and carry less sediment leads to form esturie
