Garry's Mod NPC Wars - Russian Law Enforcement vs. U.S Armed Forces

Welcome to another addition of the GMod NPC War series. Enjoy
"A plaza is utilised by specialised Russan law enforecment in an attempt to regain control of the state after the general public hears news of the cryptic Reveniens Project. Given the relative significance of the location, the United States Armed Forces is persistent to stage an ambush on the base to gather intelligence from the Eastern European nation.
PS This is my first attempt in using NPC-based driving. I was also a bit baffled that the NPCs would jump off the bridge and roof. Quite strange indeed.
