I love almost all Crown sides, and this one is yet another of those brightly shining gems from this company. Harold van Emburgh's velvety tenor voice works wonders in the delicate vocal, whereas the lusicious and colorful orchestral arrangement is wonderfully played... Absolutely sensational, thank you so much for sharing!
Thank You! Yes I got that wrong! It was Columbia that was bought by ARC in around 1938 I believe, I think ARC bought Brunswick in 1931! For some reason I thought that Columbia bought ARC, I have several Perfect and Banner issues that were originally on Columbia! I Love You Truly by Guy Lombardo is one of them!!
Another beautiful Adrian Schubert arrangement! Do I understand correctly? Is Schubert the vocalist here? So much better than Rude-ly Valle ( my Grandpa’s nickname for him). All due respect, of course.🎶
And I really enjoyed! Thank You!
Thank You so much!

Thank You so much for the lovely comment! I truly LOVE these Crown records!
@@roybo1930 Anytime :-) Crown actually is one of my favorite labels, it is so great.
Crown is rather fascinating... one thing though - I'm sure ARC took over Columbia in 1931, not the other way round.
