    Nice to see some gratefulness. Most of the People in the World don't have much, don't call their things simple or a "coconut dump" ;) Life is a lesson and a Journey. The British thought Native American's were "savages" Never forget.

    Great video, 8:29: not to be sarcastic but its called scoring the loaf and you claim you've never seen that before as a chef...? 13:06: that instrument is called a mezzaluna and it comes in handy with herbs
