As they reduced for all other weapons, but didn't think to do this for two weapons that players ACTUALLY use. I know it's more than one because I can go make 1,000 rounds and go through them in less than an hour and unlike other heavy weapons like the Plasma Caster and Gatling Plasma you DO NOT get back more rounds than you burn from enemies.
Just have to say, the green jetpack fire on the power armor is a beautiful touch. I didn't know they'd go that hard on it. Farming up enough 2mm to get some.
one question i have is about the two shot legendary effect. the main drawback of the 2 shot effect is that it tanks accuracy and basically requires you be either really close to the target or use vats, the tesla cannon EXCEEDS in direct hit attacks so im curious what a two shot would do in the hands of a vats build player

Which makes it easier for me to tagg all the legendary mobs? (Bloody build, non power armor) I use pistols atm Ultracite auto laser / Enclave flamer.
I currently run mine with the Direct Current Muzzle in VATS. I'm not sure how well it stacks with Tenderizer 3 as shared perk, but it should increase my party's damage quite nicely in raids. I wish I could run it with Explosive but it would kill me as bloodied build. So stronger Critical it is.

Out of 6 different dedicated builds i got absolutely smacked against the first raid boss and came nowhere near even killing the shield. Itd have taken 10,000 rounds just to kill the shield. Then i tried with a completely bare bones stock tesla cannon with absolutely nothing just out of the box. Lol if not for the fact that i couldn't find the damn room to hide in id have killed him after the first time the room heated up as i took about 35% of his health before trying to run to find cover.
I've got a bloodied and two shot, that are doing really good damage. I found, that in close quarters, power armor and electric absorption helps a lot, LOL!
Been watching your videos for awhile. There are many who make videos about fallout 76 weapons and such but out of all of them really like yours the best. No annoying 'can I get 1000 likes ' at the start of your videos or anything like that. Your set up for the weapons work and they feel easy to use. Keep up the good work.
Can you test that spiritual perk in the charisma tree, I read that it just regenerates health constantly now and if like to know how much and if it works in combat

Hi mate, just different topic if you can help me out. Iam full health heavy gunner vats crit build. I have 29 points in luck and using currently 1 limit breakers and 4 Rejuvenators and 5 2* luck on Vulcan pa. The point is that i don’t have enough points to have Field surgeon equiped. There are 2 ways how to get it. 1st to put 1 more limit breakers and have just 3 Rejuvenators and take 1 point from luck and 1 point from endurance but it means to remove Iron stomach or Natural resistance, but can remove 1 luck and put there powered for example. 2nd is to remove 2 points from endurance, but not have Iron stomach and Natural resistance, but still have 4 Rejuvenators.. 3rd is to basically run without Field surgeon. I love plasma caster for long range (on close I got flamer and on area of effect cremator), but I switched for now to this, with arc muzzle it is safe for close range too and projectile is much faster than plasma ones, I havent unlocked all mods, issue is that some mods are locked on last page and unlike cremator, these change properties of weapon (not just visuals), what I got issue with weapon iteslf is that how it glows and flickers, I like to play in dark room in general, or having relatively low light, and that contrast is quite painful to eyes, and weapon takes almost half of screen, so that flashing and stuff isnt negligible, sounds I havent even noticed honestly, also sometimes I hit things but it does no damage, even in VATS (I know I "hit" it as my crit meter raises there), most often it happens to flying things as scorch beast and somewoh, eyebots.. also arcing dont seem to be consistent with its range what I would wish there was would be mod to make it full automatic, maybe make it much smaller range to compensate, and smaller damage, after all, everyone who seen tesla coils would surely assume they can have high "rate of fire", or if there was mod to "charge" it like gauss guns have it for higher damage, or mod to use fusion cores instead of cells, or at least ultracite cells
I have to say so far I am absolutely in love with the Tesla Cannon. It's everything I remember and more. I currently have mine set up as bloodied with explosive, got all the heavy gunner cards, all the explosive cards, and using the direct current muzzle. An interesting little thing about the direct current, is that it does penetrate walls. Which I'm hoping they don't patch out for a while, it makes radiation rumble so much more fun as well as eviction notice. If anybody wants a high DPS weapon that is capable of tagging everything within 30 m of your impact point, this thing is a must get!
I would say vampires suck on any slow firing weapon, except keeping limbs in good condition, it could be good if it gave you healing for every enemy hit by explosion or arc, but as far I know, they made vampire work only 2% or so once per shot, no matter if shotgun or mininuke launcher so i would say, on this one, there are likely better effects to go with than vampires, if I am mistaken, correct me for sure, maybe they changed it again and I missed that, a lot of things change in this game all the time

@@papacas4131 I have caster with quad and it is great as ammo capacity without it is abysmal, also I think caster has quite higher fire rate at least, but damn I am upset about nerf of vampire, it used to be one of few upsides of shotgunner builds When it comes to best damage, I heard AA isnt worth over +50% damage boosts for high damage weapons, surely sadly best is bloodied, always bloodied in everything, if you bother with low health builds.. I wanted to get into low health build but so far it seems ghouls will be not really compatible with it so I will wait to see more about ghouls coming to game for now and then will see if I will go with ghoul or low health or just not bother with that
Manual aim on DC is WAY better than vats. I have a scope and it's like a sniper rifle if need be. Direct head shots are brutal. Depending on the creature you're shooting I've gotten over 3k hit points on the ENO6. There's a few things it isn't stellar at but for most things it's like shooting a tank

You're level 1200 You're gunna be doing better damage anyway. You should record with a level 100 so you can compare with other people that are more then likely closer to your level damage.

The damage resistance debuff applies to you too if you hit yourself with it, which is easy to do with grenadier. You can see this in the pip boy.

Tesla Cannon is good for tagging.

I noticed you aiming at the arms and legs, but from everything I've seen Pinpointers procs when aiming at the head too. Thought it was weird

which weapons actually get affected by the science perks?
Rifles and Auto-axe are affected. Gauss Pistol, Shotgun and Rifle too. Heavy guns in general not affected
General rule of thumb is energy rifles and pistols + gauss shotgun.

Higher resistances can make a big difference in some ways. Video tomorrow talks about that.

Why change from Stock Assy to Alternate if you lose DMG? I am not sure it is a good choice for not using exlposives, care to elaborate? Thanks

Wall penetration has nothing to do with direct current muzzle and you nerf yourself if you hit yourself with this muzzle
fyi pin pointers works on basically anything that isn't a torso, so that includes heads.

The fire rate is so slow that I think faster fire rate wouldn't be very noticeable. Quad would be okay though.
Whomever named the mods needs to do some research. It's an insult to Tesla, and Edison was an unoriginal crook.

The critical meter refill rate is determined by your luck.
It's dangerous to use. I have shelved mine as I have tested it repeatedly and every legendary it has ash-piled is empty instead of having loot in it.

My qe pepper shaker with fractures mod is very bright to your eyes but it does tag a cripple great 😂
The Syringe endangerol mod debuf works on the raid bosses so I would think the Tesla cannon would probably work.

No, science perks only affect small guns

The Tesla cannon doesn't benefit from the science cards because Tesla himself benefited very little from his science, and thats tesla canon !!🤔😆😏
