Colonel H. Stinkmeaner: After finally watching this show, I can confirm that this guy is one of the funniest cartoon villains of all time.
Joe Chill: Not the best Brave and the Bold villain, but still cool.
Yellow and Blue Diamond: These two were really good villains at first. But then their stupid redemption came along and completely ruined their characters. As villains, though, Yellow is pretty cool, and Blue is fantastic.
West: I like The Wizard of Oz, but I haven't seen this show.
Marvin the Martian: This guy is easily among my favorite Looney Tunes characters!
Medlock: This show wasn't half bad, and Medlock was a cool villain.
Quetzalcoatl: Cool!
Richard Remy: This show was...dumb. And the villain was lame.

Actually, Joker was trying to steal the weapon, and Batman was trying to stop him. But Joker ends up firing the weapon, causing the ceiling to collapse, killing Chill in the process.
