assuming lvl90 Jinhsi and weapon, and lvl10 forte skill. With echoes exactly the same as mine, your nuke will only get to 300K, but with only 49% crit rate. If you opted for crit rate cost 4 echo, to get 71% critrate, only 260K. according to my excel damage calculator. It looks small but my jinhsi's nuke was close to that at 287K when still at lvl80 and with echoes not as good as my current one and can already beat all bosses using the same rotation above.
Switch between taoqi and Yuanwu effectively. U only need a basic attack and skill from Yuanwu to proc Jinshi forte and crit buff. Switch between the two using effective dodges and swap cancels for efficiency and concerto generation on Taoqi and making sure Yuanwu's skill is always active and in range. Once Taoqi's outro is up it's a cake walk 🐉.

@@GoldfishOfDoom It is doable but you need good echoes and luck that during jiyan liberation the bird wont keep on flying or jumping. Does your Jiyan have signature weapon? Check this last week TOA run of mine ruclips.net/video/h4yIMaS3vAc/видео.html. It shows my lvl80 Jiyan rotation. I used Jiyan for Hazard Zone. basically: skill>switch to verina>triple atk for forte stack>skill>switch to mortefi>atk and skills to fill concerto NEAR full>switch to verina>triple atk for forte stack>skill> jump atk to fill concerto> outro to jiyan> jiyan use monkey skill>switch to mortefi while monkey flying>mortefi fill concerto by using liberation>outro to jiyan then liberation.

I use the same rotation when I was still level 80. It’s just that my lvl80 Jinhsi needs four rotation while lvl90 only needs three. I have a lvl80 vs lvl90 Jinhsi comparison video beating hazard zone floor 1 heron, you can check it out.
You really need some luck to get all crit in those nuke.
This video made the answer to my question very clear, get to UL 60.
You can use the same rotation above to beat them using lvl80 jinhsi. I have a video in my channel lvl80vs90 jinhsi beating hazard zone heron.

Been easily clearing ToA since reaching lvl80, you can look at my old videos. Just work on your echoes and focus on your main damage dealers.

any specific reason for why yuanwhu with healing set?
The 3 star weapon of yuanwu heals him when he deals basic atk which will activate the +15% Atk to team of the healing set.
