This fragrance is amazing, smooth metallic almond vanilla heaven and gets even better with time (maceration). Surprisingly it even works great in high heat, which makes it a great all year round fragrance. Longevity: 12+ hours on my skin and lasts for days on clothes.

Hey Leggy ! Just bought Perseus and its perfect. Got plenty compliments today at work from women. Sprayed about 4-6 sprays. Just have to use it after the shower ,so it infuses your fresh skin and it holds perfectly ! The smell is exactly the same as PDM Pegasus. Just have to wait about 3 min and afterwards magic happens. I am from Lithuania EU and it costs around 17 euro , aprox. 18 usd. Per 100 ml EDP. So all in all, I have ordered 3 more 😃😃😃

Just blind bought the cousin maison alhambra galatea which is a clone of PDM Godolphin. I think it leans a little too much on the female side of things with a rosy leather note. Will do some sprays and let it sit for a while to see if it becomes more mature.
I was tempted by Galatea but never having smelled Godolphin before I was just holding back as I wasn’t convinced it was my kinda fragrance. Let me know how it goes after some macceration…..best wishes from JL

The OG pegasus is
Start with = creamy milky almond metallic.
And then = turn into fougere celan laundry lavender soap.
And end with = woody sandalwood.
Is perseus same with the OG , i mean the journey transition???
Thank you for your question my friend, the best way I can describe it is that Perseus is more full on and and doesn’t really transition noticeably…I know what you mean with the Pegasus OG….Perseus does an amazing job but it kinda does it all as an opening and continues with little change for a mighty long time. lattafa generally performs well. but this time, somehow got a bad bottle. lasts less than an hour outdoor and 2 hours indoor. any suggestions?
Thanks for sharing your experience…ok so I am puzzled…I mean it could be a bad bottle??? My only suggestions would be to store it in a cool dark place for a couple of weeks to macerate it and maybe it will improve….hopefully!!! And I’m sure you already do this but always spray generously over nicely moisturised skin and then haze a couple of sprays over your clothes…I hope that it improves for you….best wishes from JL

Is Perseus an incredibly unique fragrance...yes. A very inexpensive clone of Pegasus...yes. Hands down closest you'll get to PDM...yes. Nuclear...yes. Go easy with the sprays. You've been warned.

Good question… ok so I am going to say that this is on par if not slightly better than the original formulation of craze…so at £18 I strongly recommend that you purchase a bottle for when your craze is finished as current craze is lame….JL
@@JONLEGG Managed to get the Perseus for £18. Extremely close between the 2. To my nose the almond in Perseus has a slightly more "metallic" smell (in a good way) and the juice seems to be higher quality with no alcohol in the opening
To be honest Perseus is probably the best clone I’ve come across recently…sooo close to Pegasus and almost the same performance…enjoy your purchase…JL

Thanks for your question, my friend okay so the bottle is about average for a bottle like that the cap has a weight to it, but nowhere near as heavy as the Parfum de Marley… however, it’s all about the juice in the bottle and trust me. Hmm. I'm sorry to day this fragrence is not for me. There is something about it I just don't like. I think it's safe to say I won't like pegasus so lucky I bought a clone. What I will say the performance on this is very good. It just has some metallic smell to it that doesn't sit with me. Might leave it and try it again in 6 months to see if my tastes change a bit 😊
Ok well good to hear from you, maybe worth revisiting it in a couple of months and maybe it will sit better with you. And yes as you said the performance is amazing for a bargain price. I don't even count decants/samples/minis as part of my collection.
50ml+ bottles only, and I only have a few that small begin with. At my last count in January I had 236. Probably nearer to 300 now. I've made more by selling decants than I've paid for all of them combined, so I pretty much have a free fragrance collection. It's amazing how many people will pay £10 for a 10ml decant of a £20 100ml bottle. £80 profit per bottle, pays for more and more the more you sell.
Edit - as for Perseus, really not for me. Smells like a mix of germolene and cheap bubble gum, it's awful and nowhere near what Pegasus smells like. Some of the PdM clones by M.A are decent, the Godolphin clone for instance in the gold bottle, Galatea, is very good even though the original is just a clone of Tuscan Leather itself - but Perseus is way off.
