We offer our clients several service packages and they are different based on the number of dates that we will organize, coaching hours and requirements regarding the match. Svetlana conducts the first free skype consultation with a potential client to understand who he is, what he is looking for and why and after that we suggest to pay attention to this or that package. We work with different clients and pretty often a russian speaking slavic gentleman from Canada requires less or no coaching hours and no extra recruiters than a gentleman from China who is willing to date someone who is learning chinese language and is open to a 15 years age gap. We try to understand the direction of the process to make sure we can take a gentleman as a client and which package will cover his needs.
@@Diolli Ok that makes sense, so different packages depending on the client you recieve. But again using your example, how much or what would be the difference I'd be looking at paying in regards to package prices?
@@Diolli OK, but if you add up all the revenue from clients and divide by the number of marriages, what number do you get? In other words, what is the average cost of a bride?
Since the first time I saw your videos always liked them for your straight forward information and advice. You are 100% right in this video. The bottom line is, there is no free lunch.
Great video, Svetlana. This video should be part of the curriculum on graduate-level marketing and sales techniques because you are following a value-added sales method like "Solution Selling" in the US. You really handled various, potential objections well and build a case for your high-value services. The result should be that prospects are conditioned to expect a value-based price and know why low price services are not the best deal. I see the same process used in high-end services like law and accounting firms. Great video! To other viewers, this appears to be a very professional firm for the service they offer. I am not a prospect at this time, but a fan of their approach.
Funny that you mentioned dentistry as your example. We do have clients that come for a consult and are shocked by the "high cost" of treatment and the fact that it takes "too long". What some of them do is travel to South America where its much cheaper (for a good reason) and they can have a full mouth rehab done in two weeks. A year later most of them come back with awful work that is failing, but now they are now OK with paying to get it fixed.
Once again great advice, there's a saying if you pay peanuts you will only get monkey's, generally in life you get what you pay for and going by you U tube blogs you are very much a high quality professional business, I'm impressed 👍
Val O some people underestimate the true value of good quality service. In Russian language we have a saying “a greedy person always pays twice”, which means just like in your example a person who chooses to get a poor cheap teeth treatment will have to pay again to fix it.
Hi. Do you accept females from the US? I am at the age now that I need to be serious about who I want to be with. In the US it’s a lot of “hookup” culture and women are not typically encouraged to settle down early. I’m 26 and I want to find an international man. I don’t like American men AT ALL. Maybe there is someone in the US but I can’t stand most of them. I didn’t know that 26 is already becoming late until I started to get serious about my future. I will be 27 in January. Anyway, please let me know. I have Baltic genes, Scandinavian genes, Spanish, Latin American, I have 2 degrees, I have no debt, no children, I am soft spoken, I like quiet, I don’t care for fashion so much, etc. Help!! 😩
We offer several price-packages. They are different based on the number of dates that we will schedule for you, your requests regarding your matches (age group, level of education, languages she speaks, etc.) and the number of coaching hours that we will provide for you. Please, email us at Katerina@diolli.com
Hi, I'm not the usual matchmaking client. I'm disabled and never worked. I have no energy to do much. I am willing to spend a lot to find someone who is even willing to have a relationship with me. How would I find a matchmaker who would try to match me??? I'd prefer to actually find a matchmaker in the USA to find a US citizen because I lose my benefits$ if I get married. Anyway, I have no illusions about getting a "quality" partner. Online dating apps can't match me with anyone.
Can you send us more information about who you are and what you are looking for to svetlana@diolli.com? We will ask our colleagues in the USA and will try to recommend you someone who can truly help you.
Hi Svetlana, Happy New Year to you and your team/ Interesting video. This man was probably joking or he did not like your prices and wanted to be insulting. How can a 40 year old man believe that 50 or 500 euros is enough for a real matchmaking service.
Time is it nonrenewable resource, if you think €1000 is too expensive for a marriage agency then you can’t afford to get married. Remember divorce is even more expensive than marriage.
Okay, but to charge $2000 as a starting package for a year just to help find someone love... thats called being a swindler. Thats what companies like *"Its Just Lunch" and Tawkify do* Bunch of swindlers.
@@Diolli Okay. But my question is, to even charge $500 to $1000.00 just to find someone, screws other customers out to, because even below the middle class people deserve a fair shot at finding love, why not make a sliding scale to where the cost scales according to your income. And I also don't see how much work goes into the process of matching people. And correct me if I am wrong, all it seems to me is match people according to preferences in what they want in a person, to me that doesn't seem hard at all. Also, I am speaking from personal experience.
I always like your video's and I understand that you don't work for free but you still didn't give a price ? I also understand that you don't want to lock yourself into a corner but I think that it would help if you gave an idea let's say just give price range that way people would know what to expect?
Well, here in the USA a decent agency costs ~$2,500. But considering I've already spent $500 on one year on three or four online dating services and gotten nowhere but frustrated, it's worth it to me.
Sounds like good reasons to charge a high price, but the question still wasn't answered with a price number

It’s cheaper not to date
