Why do some people have a difficult start in life and have all kinds of obstacles to over come but become very successful in life? These people are for the most part being sentence to life sentences thus their view point is they have nothing to lose now. So I am not surprised when they act out like they do. I half way expect a defendant to jump up and toss furniture and do anything to cause a commotion. Not sure what the defendants thought was going to happen after they killed somebody or in the case of a serial killer.

    Why did Jackson's family braid the Potter family, knowing like Jaxkson's mom said, how awful when she saw it on the news. But once she found out it was her son that did it, the Jackson family turned on the Potter family. Ms. Jackson, your son is a monster. How can I say this with confidence, simple. 3 members of my family are monsters that took 3 people's lives. One being my mother, the other being my sister-in-law, taking my ba y brother's life. The 3rd one I will not mention, he served his time and actually called the police on himself the minute he did his actions. So, do not say your son is not a monster. He is worse then a monster. Too lazy to work for the money he was robbing young Potter for and cold bloodly taking his life is more of inhuman as you can get. Are you afraid his actions tells what kind of mother and family you are and have to turn on the innocent. Your son deserves everything he got. 😠 😠 😡 👿 😤 🤬

    There were many discrepancies with what actually happened in Tasmania (we are not just talking about media narrative and hype). Martin Bryant also never got his day in court. Whether he was to be guilty or not, everybody should get to have their day in court.
    For a young man who never had much to do with guns (being fascinated with weapons does not make you a top marksman). The shooter managed to have more fatal shots than wounding people while shooting from the hip. Ask a experienced soldier or veteran how easy this is, not.
    It was the event authorities used to disarm all Australians.

    • @glenecollins
      @glenecollins 5 дней назад +1

      It isn’t easy but there is also an unusually (for the time) large amount of video of it unless they found an almost exact lookalike who was also a really good shot when hip shooting.
      There are western action and other competitions where people compete using very small moving targets and most of them hit them. It is a different skill, less accurate at the same skill level and from a military perspective much harder to use while in effective cover etc.
      I think most Australians find it suspicious especially because a mass shooter in Tasmania was predicted to be a prerequisite for stronger gun control.
      They definitely haven’t disarmed Australia though I work all over the outback most households out here have several registered guns, competitive shooting has gotten way more popular in cities and large towns as you have to turn up a few times a year to keep your guns if you don’t own a property or know people who do and will allow you to hunt on it.

    • @vanesapriest4378
      @vanesapriest4378 7 дней назад +1

      Many plead guilty to avoid trial, simply because they don’t want the events of their crimes to be played out in a court room. The question you asked was, “Plead Guilty, “To Avoid A Trial”, Avoiding a trial, for the most part is so the defendant won’t have to have certain details, forensic evidence, any witnesses or the victim’s testimony heard out loud, anything that would make his defense less effective and a jury find him guilty. Simply said; Pleading guilty avoids a trial. Now some other comments here, also have another take on your question. They are sorta correct, but in a different aspect. You can also avoid a trial, plead guilty when your attorney has made a deal with the ADA (Assit. District Attorney) /Prosecutors office for a reduce sentence, which many people do, considering, going to trial and IF found guilty, the sentencing guidelines are for the most part are usually much more time with a minimum and a maximum and possibly other stipulations, such as parole after so many years, or no parole, or minimum mandatory, Etc. Now if you have previous convictions, that very likely will also be a good reason to take a deal, first time offenders could get a break, depending on the severity of the crime. Premeditated murder is worst degree, and the worse the details, the less a defendant wants a jury to hear. Hope that long reply helped.

    In 1995, a major anti-terrorist bill was being debated in Congress, and given little chance of passage. Then the OKC federal building was bombed, and the bill passed. Maj-Gen. Ben Partin, who had been an explosives expert in the Air-force, examined the debris from the OKC bombing, and determined that a number of the building's internal concrete supporting columns had been shattered by explosives placed on, or in holes drilled in, them. Numerous witnesses reported TWO explosions. One woman felt the building shake, thought it was an earthquake, and crawled under her desk for protection. Ten seconds later, the main blast hit. A seismology station nearby recorded TWO blips on their seismograph, spaced 10 seconds apart. Why the OKC federal building, and not some other high-profile target? "THEY" like to "kill more than one bird with one stone." The OKC federal building was where they stored the door to the Waco "Branch Davidian" church, which had holes from bullets that had been fired from the outside, in. proving the feds fired randomly into the building, while knowing there were innocent people inside.

    about the girl with the xanax bars that judge over stepped his authority and violated her civil rights to free speech then retaliated against her for his butt hurt feelings

      A court room is NOT a place to mouth off at the judge or act like a giggly ditz, which is what this girl did. He acted appropriately and within the law, she sure seemed to learn a swift lesson

      @@tracymcdowell9691 And she still had her rights to freedom of speech REGARDLESS where she is, and if you think the judge was within his rights then you are a part of the problem go read the Constitution and tell me where it says the court room is an exception to your rights

      @charliekeeling5317 there's freedom of speech, but there's also TACT AND RESPECT. Just because we have freedom of speech doesn't mean it's appropriate to exercise it! She was in contempt of court. You don't say f$$k you to a Judge without paying the consequences. You have no winning argument here, and what problem are you referring to that I'm allegedly part of? The problem of holding people accountable??
