if you still have a 490 just get custom drivers and try any way as possible to trick the tablet to make it think your dragging (ex. tape) and it will fix alot of the input lag issues
I used the ctl 480 then gave it to my friend (worst and most stupid decision of my life, since I'm thinking about quitting Osu) after half a year later, comes back, spend sum money to get bamboo one (that shit broke fast, keep the pen tho) spend sum more money ( broke af by now ) bought somone 480 on ebay w/o pen the condition of the tablet is fucking trash. And now I'm thinking avout buying a brand new 480 and stick to it for the rest of my life. and the cost is 52$ more than what I bought (88$ vs 139.99$) fucking kill me... P.S: 490 IS FUCKING TRASH
Holy shit people still think frametime at bottom corner means tablet input lag... It is frametime = time between each frame = different way to show your FPS only way to measure your input lag is to record your hand movement and monitor cursor with slow-mo camera, and see how much time is between the movement on the monitor and your hand

Go into the wacom control pannel > Mapping. Then uncheck the window ink box, that will fix the problem lmao
