Wasn't that before USARFU stole from the CIPP funds? For those that don't know the CIPP fund is an insurance fund for catastrophic injury to amature ruggers. Which is more important? The safty of amature players or a hotel upgrade for professionals?
@@rittherugger160 I never heard an allegation of that, and I was in the Congress. What definitely did happen was the men's national XVs team way overspent it's budget that created myriad problems.
