I was robbed almost 4 months ago next to Badshahi Mosque in lahore we were at the food street. My hand bag was robbed which had money and gold jewelry. The only person around the tables was the workers from Rawaj on food street, whom I did a case against the police has not anything about it and not recovered my belongings. I got told at the time of my robbery the cameras were working by the manager but later I was told the whole street cameras are working just the one facing my table was not working. It was Rawaj and their staff that were all involved with robbery and the police didn't do anything about it. Whilst I was in Pakistan the police was answering my calls since i came back to the UK the police don't even answer my calls and till date I don't even know anything and the police don't even ring me and update me

More CCTV cameras will keep an eye on Police activity. They will suddenly become honest, sincere officers.
They turn the cameras off when they feel like it and all in on it it happened to me in food street lahore and police didn't do anything. Robbery happened at food street lahore at rawaaj and the cameras were first working and the manager was going to have a look then the cameras were not working but all the others on the food street were working just the ones facing our table were not working. It's all conspiracy, Pakistan will never change there is no safety. They robbed my hand bag with money and gold jewelry which had my wedding jewelry the sentimental value know one understands me its very upsetting, it was my first visit to lahore, I would never want to go their in my life
@@Mariam47000 Maybe the police got your stuff. I got personal experience with Punjab police begging me. I denied on three occasions and it will happen again. It also teaches you to leave your expensive stuff behind. Do not carry it with you, not even in your own country.
Next time, visit a country that will guarantee you and your expensive belongings some safety. This way, you can carry your stuff with you and not be afraid. Common sense is not that common after all. I identify with your loss though. If I lose something even at home, I do not like it.

I believe you it doesn't surprise me I have heard alot of stories about corruption but now witnessed it. The police questioned me like I had done the robbery myself it was my first experience with them and it was awful I was already upset because I lost my belongings and they made me feel worse.
Believe it or not I have been to Pakistan so many times and travelled to different parts of Pakistan but never got robbed but this was my first visit to lahore yes I was carrying gold with me first time ever because we went for a Wedding and just then i got robbed. I have never carried gold around with me in the uk or Pakistan it was first time and just then this happened. It was a small amount it was gold worth 11 lakh Pakistani rupees in pounds about 6 thousand pounds. Also had cash in my bag too so I have been very upset. It has put me off to the point where I would never where gold and go anywhere again

I'm not hating on lahore so you don't have to get so upset, you must be from there no wonder it got to you. I know it can happen anywhere if it happens to you then you would know how it feels. How do you know what I was doing at the time, I definitely was not having food so don't assume. I have been to so many places in Pakistan and never been robbed apart from lahore and it happened as soon as i got there. Its never happened the UK or any other countries I have been to. The police themselves and the people of lahore were telling us its a high risk area which I didn't know. So go do some research please before your quick to comment at others

Only if the police would catch the criminals in lahore too. I got robbed in food street lahore next to Badshahi Mosque they took my hand bag which had money and gold jewelry. All the other cameras were working apart from the camera facing our tables was not working and that's where the robbery happened. The only person around the tables was the waiters from Rawaj hotel 2 waiters involved and their boss was protecting them and the police didn't do anything about it and not caught the criminals. I came back to the UK after 2 weeks and now the police don't answer my phone calls which is so wrong and very upsetting because it had my wedding jewelry and these people don't understand the sentimental value of my belongings.

About 4 months ago, my bike was taken away from my younger brother at gun point. The loss of a thing does not hurt as much as the impact of this incident on the human mind, which is indescribable in words.And in our society, mental anguish is seen as a drama.😥

They stopped at this house for a reason, they knew the inside and how to get out. This house belongs to them. I don't think it will be that hard to find them. Ask the neighbors using CCTV footage and they will let them know exactly who they are. Next door neighbor who came out looks suspiciously involved. Wonder if there is a safety passage from his house.
