Keep it simple, mr Biden had no right to remove any material as VP or Senator.
Gent interviewed him on this stated he is in capable of grasping this concept...
    Something is horribly awry

Everyone conveniently forgets that Pence also had classified documents at his home from his time as vice president that he wasn't entitled to have after leaving office. So why aren't they investigating Pence and asking for his transcripts? Hmm... there is a double standard here. So, yeah, something definitely is awry.

Wrong. When Biden was VP, Obama granted Biden the access required to take such documents to his personal residence.

There is no info on Obama giving Biden that right.
The fun part? Release interview of Biden being questioned about this ...

Ugh. Merrick garland went out of his way to appoint a Republican to lead the investigation, that Trump himself appointed as a US attorney. He finds nothing to charge and says as much, and you jerk offs won’t let it go.
Trump got caught with 20x the # of classified documents, lied to the fbi, moved the documents so they wouldn’t be found, and then after the fbi subpoenaed security footage of MarALago, Trump attempted to destroy the video evidence of them moving the boxes. You’re fine with that though right?

I thought there was no such thing as executive privilege. I guess that only applies to Trump? The hypocrisy knows no bounds.

You trump supporters don’t think much do you? Executive privilege only applies for the current president. This already went through the courts. Stop whining.

@@TheClaw1536 Before making smug, and incorrect, statements you should have an idea of what you’re talking about. Executive privilege does, in fact cover former presidents unless denied by the current president. However, that is irrelevant to this case because the district court ruled that the privilege as invoked by Trump would have failed even if he were the incumbent the Supreme Court ruled his status as former president did not apply. Supporting Biden apparently doesn’t require much thought either.
