Glad I looked at other comments instead of deciding not to watch it based on the “too many glitches” comment before mine. there’s no glitches at all and the full hundred percent of the movie is there unlike some channels have bits and pieces cut out. Great movie highly recommended. Thanks for posting.

High Noon is probably the best Western film ever made. It was a different kind of western film that's never been made that way before or since. The sequel film is fine on its own, the actors have there own take on the original characters. The character of Will Kane because of the psychological suitation he was in the original storyline. Will Kane would've never returned to that town that almost cost him his life and almost losing his wife. The town cowardice left him high and dry. Him and wife would've been far away as possible to forget that town and move on with there lives to start a new beginning and start a family who knows? The problem I have with the sequel is the original characters coming back.

Good to see David Carradine. I took karate because of his TV series Kung Fu. I noticed a few notes reminding me of the Dmitri Tiomkin theme from the 1952 movie. I could tell it wasn't filmed in New Mexico because Arizona has certain plant life that is hard to deny.
All in all, a very good film. I'm partial to the 1952 movie because I saw the movie and constantly heard the theme song on radio. Heroes of mine.

Yes the series helped me through a dark night of the soul as it was sent anew in Sweden at 2 am... Such a different and uplifting series. Although tey should have used a wig for Carradine, since his hair wasnot congruent to his tough, strong role demanding health and strength. I don't get it how rich actors don't get themselves good treatment to balance ill health. Maybe iy´t is that they lack knowledge of its existence or don't know any practitioner close enough by.

High Noon (1) was such a classic in its simplicity and artful build of suspense mixed with the exposure of raw human nature from all angles. I would not expect a part-2 to match such a classic. To hold such expectations would just be wrong. Part-2 is just another good western to be enjoyed on its own merit. It's to bad they claimed it to be a Part-2 as this may have drawn people to the box office but I'm sure the false build up left the audience disappointed. But set this movie on its own plot of land and I think it stands just fine. It's just not the infamous classic of High Noon with Gary Cooper.

Damn these westerns have u hooked and they don’t even provide much action it’s amazingly ridiculous talent tbh to all the actors and even the script writers.. I swear I’ve seen a lot of these now and nothing comes close.. even the action movies of today that over do it with the gore & violence don’t come near or even touch these old timer Classics…

thank you for posting this. i have heard of this movie for years but it wasn't show where i am. and i think i read the synopsis in a book or in a website and i thought that David Carradine was the antagonist in the movie. maybe i misread it.

Fantastic movie. Late 1800s , America is becoming more civilized. Very good .

Only a nation based on "individual liberty" (protected by law), can be civilized. By the way, those free people invented the free market, and traced money instead of blood. Civilized and prosperous. Look at what is under attack today, individual liberty and our free market. Get ready for primitive tribal warfare,----again.
