I do not believe that violence as a retaliation is ever the correct answer, but I certainly believe that it is better to be a trained warrior in a garden, then a gardener in a war.

There is this idea that those who do not have "heroic traits", let's call them that, are not worthy of living, even if there are people who perhaps smoke weed and masturbate as a result of sadness, for these "alpha males" instead they are guilty (which can only arise from a non-virtuous and voluntary action). They fail to understand that even if you do not have those heroic traits such as physical strength you can still be a person and not inept or people who due to their physical weakness are unworthy of existing. They should understand that physical weakness is a disadvantage not a fault to be recriminated and those who are weak are always strength added to the maximum human potential and can live happily even without the traits of the hero. Even though I understand this idea, this truth is not as appetizing and exciting as what people want according to the unhealthy religion of toxic masculinity.
If you are physically weak you can just go to the gym to gain strength. It’s that easy.
As a man, our life is valued only by our suffering. Hence i must suffer a lot.
