Although this would be overkill for my trips lol I can say that I am extremely impressed with bluetti. I run at least 60% of my full house power in the winter and we'll over 80% in the summer on the bluetti 200 max. The solar panels are just as impressive in my opinion and their customer service is very helpful if problems arise. Hopefully this model is just as impressive! It would be great for a backup
Bluetti or Jackery at 300 is what I consider the sweet spot for car camping. Especially if you pair it with a 100W solar panel. When not on a camping trip I keep my Jackery in my coffee table to give a power port at the coffee table without needing to run an extension cord across the floor.
Another fabulous BLUETTI feature is that it holds its charge really well. I check mine monthly and since I got it on a pre boxing sale I only had a chance to drain it once during a three day power outage ( I used it for my cpap - slightly larger model) but since then it’s been standing 2 months without use and it’s at 99% stilll. It’s worth waiting for their sales. You can combine sale prices with promo codes if you call customer service. Or set up an account and start earning BLUETTI $ towards your purchase. Next time Kevin have BLUETTI power your karaoke machine 😋🤣🎶
Funny part is that a few minutes into editing the video my power went out. We had a wild storm here yesterday. I was able to finish the edit off the power charger. How cool is that.
I just came from your identification videos (I've been a sibscriber for a while). I noticed you're a professor and I'm curious, what do you teach and where? I'm looking for fish and wildlife programs across Ontario 😊
Great to see you using this Kevin, we have a slightly bigger bluetti we use to power our portable fridge when car camping. We really like it. Reliable, fast charging relatively light.
I love these things, I find i actually use them around the house a lot. No need for extension cords and there's always a plug where you need one.
You had me with the John Denver poster in the background.
Yeah, that was the first thing I noticed.
That would be such a handy power station for what I do on crown land , Love the price too thanks Kevin appreciate this.
That's perfect for you Kev. Enjoy!
Funny…. Was just looking into the AC2A or the Eco flow River 2 thanks for the review Kevin!

Jackery’s cycle count is atrocious compared to comparable bluetti’s

Great review thx!!
Trying to convince my GF that we need one with panels for power failures. Trying to have it excluded in my 2024 gear budget 😂
I've used it for two outs so far at my place. Just got the solar panels now as well.
@@TheHappyCamper okay good I feel like I can justify this as safety for the family and not Curtis” ridiculous camping gear collection - cheers 🍻
Great review Kevin. Something handy to have around to keep the phone charged on those days the hydro is unreliable. 😉

I just got mine today at Canadian Tire for $120.
Sorry not $120. That would have been nice. I meant $220. 😀

I teach at Sir Sandford Fleming College in Lindsay. Been part time their for 34 years. They have a great Fish and Wildlife program.
Where did you get it at $249.00. THe lowest we can find is $349.00. interested in this product. thx
It's Canadian $. Maybe that's why. It was cheaper when it was first launched on Canada - $70 less actually.
The link in description shows $70 off

The cigarette lighter output works for running a portable CPAP.
That's really good to know. Thanks
Wow thats really inexpensive. Love it.
