Great videos on the Jambo! I have had mine little backyard for 11 or 12 years and absolutely love it. Not alot of info on RUclips about the workings of the Jambo so I was happy to see these show up. Mine is the older version with the different door and draft and the smaller exhaust but it works amazing. If you are in the SLC area I am about 200 miles south of you.
Yes, sorry. Thanks for the request, I'll plan on doing a video of some longer cooks, maybe do a brisket and pork butt at the same time! I do have a pork belly video, which was the same size by footprint, as a brisket. Additionally, I've filmed a video where I use cardboard sizing cutouts of popular meats, including brisket, to help with sizing, and it should be up this weekend, once I get a minute to do the final edits.
I actually purchased mine lightly used, so didn't have to wait for lead time, so I can't help ya there. From what I understand there is a down payment, not necessarily the whole amount. Im happy to answer any other pit related questions! Also check out my "unboxing" video for my Jambo for some more info.

I couldn't find a video of you cooking a brisket on this yet.

I looking to get a backyard Jambo pit. When you ordered yours did you pay upfront the whole amount? I have a few other questions about the Jambo.

I got a call back from the owner he requires all the payment up front now. Which I'm hesitant to do since I'm in California and not close to him in TX
Great fire basket, did you make it? was that purchased? If so, will you please provide a link?
Check out "Smokin Hot BBQ" on Facebook. Their website doesn't have any of the baskets, but their FB page has a whole shop.
