Again another synchronistic video for me! I was just reviewing my 2023 year and this was my HUGE identity shifting year! I did a 180 this year from being a Vegan to now eating an ancestral animal based diet, my workouts completely changed from Yoga and pilates to now 4-5 weight training sessions in the Gym- beast mode :) , HIIT and Met Con workouts! I also ended a romantic relationship, bought a property in Mexico and will be living part time there. I am learning a new language, AND I also changed my name! Using my second name as my last name is SO powerful, I literally felt I was a different person. And Im continuing to take anomalous actions and make anolmolous changes for 2024! MY REINVENTION is not over! 2024 is my Quantum Leap year~ ! Thank you Brian for helping me shift is such profound and magical ways!!!

It starts in the mind first and you must have as Napoleon Hill states, “A Burning Desire” to get what you want. Circumstances are not permanent. They feel crummy but “this too shall pass!” You got this!

When you say identity shifting, what do you really mean by this? Shift what identity to what identity? Cause I can understand letting go or shifting my Me (personality(ies)) and just BE WHO I AM and than align my mind to it.
