Thank you Mpho, Tsitsi and Robot for challenging me to a seat at this “table”… thank you for seeing me!!! Thank you to the cheese boys and cheese girls for taking your TIME to watch this… I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience with people who care to learn from it and be inspired.
You came and you motivated. I've always been inspired by your brand because I have an up and coming Talent management company 🔥🔥🤝🏽 big ups. I will meet you in person one day
This young lady is remarkable she is incredibly smart everytime I listen to her I come out on the other side very much educated. Keep up the good work young lady 🙏
Sibu Mabena is an incredible role model and living proof to us the black youth that IT IS POSSIBLE! Such an inspiration for me and I never get tired of listening to her story👌 Thank you for having her on the best podcast 🍿& 🧀
How she always remembers God and His hand upon her life? That's a whole level of success. She is brilliant! Has a heart for people.....Such a breath of fresh air. ❤❤❤
What I know about this podcast is that even if you don't know the guest, by the end of the episode, they'll feel like family ❤❤❤and they always impart wisdom.
42:05, Wow, I'm absolutely blown away by the depth and thoughtfulness of Tsitsi's question! your inquiry truly sparked some fascinating thoughts. Kudos to you for asking such an insightful and thought-provoking question. To whoever is cooking Tsitsi . Uyupheka.
Sibu is a hardworking woman in the industry and I love that for her. Definitely need more guests like her, just to shed some knowledge about the industry. Very very well spoken as well
I'm so happy to hear more from her. She was so articulate in the Milk Stout Black Conversations and it's great to hear her expand more on the views she expressed in that conversation.
This reminds me of the Gala episode. She embodies genuine passion, in everything that she does. She is in touch with her inner self. It is enlightening and empowering to listen to souls that have done the work of self. I came in on a certain mindframe and even before the podcast was over alot was instilled in me. Thank Sibu, thank you Popcorn&Cheese. ❤
So inspiring to see a young black brilliant successful woman. It’s refreshing to hear Sibu Mabena. I’m tired of the airhead celebrities who make no meaningful contribution to society.
I don't know but I found myself in her, I've been working in the corporate world, Banking and IT, I've always been this person who love to check consumers behaviour, even when i used to work for the bank, i didn't really care about sales but service, because a sale is a compliment of a service, ill study adverts, i study events, thats where i enjoy myself morethan 9 to 5. I always believe a success of a leader is determined through his/her Peers. I love plugging people without even hoping to benefit, Every she said today is so me❤❤ Love her. Thank you Popcorn and cheese
Absolutely love this lady❤❤and what she has created at Duma Collective although I've never seen nor heard of her company until today, I already have a picture of the environment and atmosphere Duma Collectives carries. What a phenomenal woman. I am inspired!
This is my favourite episode of all time from popcorn and cheese its crazy how she even emphasized how the majority of people won't care how sad such great knowledge ❤. Tsitsi always on his A game and thanks to pops and robot for not just laughing and interrupting too much. Sibu is well spoken and smart I'd listen to her for hours yoh even have a crush on her already 😂
Sibu and I once had a small chat on working as a public servant on X. This was after I had told her some of the problems we face in the Arts, Culture and Heritage sector since I work there. I’m so happy she reiterated this stance and I hope she changes the sector for the better ❤️
The reason why popcorn and cheese is amazing is because the content does not revolve around the guests but the culture and the vision. That way every guest that comes builds on the vision and embeds themselves within the cheese culture. A high profile guest and a regular Joe have the same impact because I watch specifically because the questions are curated to motivate and to laugh as well... I am a Cheese_Man, also Pops and Robot boy say they read all the comments so shout out...
Mina Sibu i do care.. . it was very interesting to watch and listen to you when i am done listening i will go and google you. U are inspirational. Thank you Pop Corn and Cheese
This episode was definitely needed especially for us young creatives because we don't really get enough information as to how things operate behind the scenes and Sis Sibu explained everything so well ❤️
Sibu, soo Motivated, couldn't move from the chair. What an inspiration. Keep up the gud work, kp inspiring our youth, kp doing God's work. Thank you for representing black excellence🎉❤ To the Cheese Gang : as Sibu asks: Lets stop judging, let's judge positively! Let's do what we can be proud of!! Halala Halala
The part about FNB having a mortgage bond with DC whilst an entity from outside SA buys a building for them is very interesting. Because both entities need BEE points. Not saying FNB should buy it for them, but there's just something about South African Corporates that suggests they do not see the development of this country in the same way🤔... It's help not development
Sibu your story is wild man I love how you articulate and convey your message . I love the convo man it slaps man. Mpho’s level of engagement in unparalleled not to mention how all the conversations are conversational 👊🏽
I love how the podcast is building and reiterating this phenomenon of motivating and laughing as welll😊🙏🏿✨it slapping ka echoes now, every time we hear this part of the intro
I've always crushed on Sibu, she's beautiful, super smart and a go getter. My favourite interview of her's is the Kaya FM one. She's what I'd want in a wife. Perfect le way 😢
As a 21 year old black woman, Lord knows how much I needed to hear this validation in a time where I'm questioning whether I should chase the career with money or the career that runs in my blood (what I'm good at). Thank you for this ❤
Thank you for having sis Sibu, this is a beautiful episode. Sibu's wisdom and how she graciously share her presence is beautiful to witness. Unrelated, IDK whenever i come across Quinta Brunson I'm reminded of Sibu Mabena vise versa.
Can I just say that I am such a huge Sibu Mabena fan man; although I am in a totally different industry as she is, I never miss an opportunity to listen to her interviews, because she is one inspirational human being with a big heart. This was another insightful interview, proudly brought to you by Popcorn and Cheese. Thank you for pulling it off, gentlemen.

Why can't we just have more women talk about education, career or business more? This was so great to watch.
"more people"
Right? I enjoyed it too hearing from a woman
@@Lil_8sa i agree with storyteller.. more women.. doesnt mean you are wrong, but to balance the scale since we have a lot of men who already do

I think i saw Sibu on Castle Black Voices and she was raising extremely incredible points. This episode was needed
