To me the Emcee list off Em does on the track is one of his most impressive displays of talent to date. Not just to rhyme it, but to keep the flow to the beat, with speed, mix up acronyms and names, and conclude it with a bar all tied into a scheme of paying homage to influences on a collaboration track. It's not getting enough attention. The fast stuff is impressive yes but it sacrifices the music for the gamemanship. He's just on another level.

Alesia Davis shawn cee gave this album a worse review than revival. This is some of the best rapping, lyrics, flow, he’s ever done. And the best production in a long time, had no goofy rock beats, and he was flowing with the beats perfectly, and can we talk about the hooks? Holy fuck the hooks was amazing. This was his best album since recovery. 9.5/10 for me.
