If you are new in this journey, start with the handbook. Handbook questions are structured according to the real exam. You will get a good idea.

It's impossible to study cover to cover medicine , surgery , paeds , gynae and obs 😢

The exam fee is around 7-8 lacs. Other expenses include courses, subscriptions and travelling since there is no centre in Pakistan currently for AMC. (Although its under construction)
