Passing the AMC MCQ1 is when you study hard,if you can't study or you don't have time for your studies I'd advise you get yourself help like Mr Thomas😊

The exam fee is around 7-8 lacs. Other expenses include courses, subscriptions and travelling since there is no centre in Pakistan currently for AMC. (Although its under construction)
In my opinion there is no best time. Start whenever you are mentally prepared. Book your exam, make a timeline and study accordingly. I started my prep after the housejob.

If you are new in this journey, start with the handbook. Handbook questions are structured according to the real exam. You will get a good idea.
