Annie, you have been my inspiration to create drawings of my own with a lot of colors, mostly borders so the person receiving them ( they are always a gift) may write a poem or a thought. I write Haiku and quote philosophers that bring meaning to our life. I am having vision issues which saddens me, however, I will continue with perseverance because being creative brings me joy and you have enlighten me. Thank you. I don't do Facebook or anything like that. You are very much valued and appreciated. By the way, my name is Mary.
Absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing and teaching this art . The place where you live looks like out of a book 😊 so peaceful. Could you recommend an instructional botanical book . Thank you Marcela.
Simple but wonderful tangle. I always love how shadeing just changes the whole look of the drawing. To me it just brings everything alive. Thanks for shareing this an hope you had a safe drive to an from the market. Be interesting to hear if you notice any differance in winter at your new homeland.
Thanks. Glad you like the tangle. Winter here is certainly different as it's a much more humid area - heavier snow than in Colorado - and though it's windy at times, NOTHING compared to the horrific winter winds in Estes.
Simple are allways the best, thank you for sharing that with us. Also intro and background music is just right, maybe you could tell mi which one is it? Thank you, you are great
Goodness, to think last week, I was moaning at having to scrape a little ice off the car! I hope you had some gluhwein at that pretty fair. 😀 thanks as always for sharing it. I love the tangle , can’t wait to try it and that book is just exquisite!
I'm so excited to find you! I am left-handed, and it is wonderful to follow along with someone who draws from the same side! It is a bonus that you are a great Zentangler!
Oh Wow! I have never come across this before today... how absolutely beautiful! Are you in Canada? That looks like a place I'd love to be... what a wonderful treasure you are! XXX
Thank you for sharing your tangle. Maria Thomas introduced us to that book and artist (Mira Calligraphiae Monumenta illustrated by Joris Hoefnagel) in Project Pack #18 Wrap-Up video. That is when she showed examples of the slit that she first demonstrated to us in the Day 3 video of PP18. That beautiful book is still available for ordering from the J. Paul Getty Museum Store online. It is $85 US.
I didn't see the wrap up but I knew she must have known about the book as a calligrapher herself. I have a special edition of the book and am so grateful for it. I look at it often! Such eye candy.
Beautiful tangle, thank you!
Good to hear. Thanks!

Thanks and I agree about the snow! I'm a snow baby.
Beautiful scenic area you live in. We don't have any snow in England. Love your tangling ideas. Stay safe. X

That would be fun to see! Do share your results on my student FB page. Thanks.
I am enchanted by your winter wonderland video. I am wondering where you live? I would love a photo print of your yard. Thank you.
Thanks for that feedback. Never really sure if it puts people off to show our area, culture, etc.
Loved the snow-covered scenes, the Mistly is wonderful

Go Lefties! I certainly understand your sentiment. Always a little challenging for us lefties when learning things, like calligraphy, art, etc.
👍👍👍💕💕💕🇩🇰
Glad you like this one.
The snow on the trees is so pretty. It certainly looks like a Christmas scene.
Yes - easy to get into the holiday spirit with these daily scenes.
So beautiful art work 🎉🎉🎉😊
Keep it up 👍
Thank you for your comment!
Beautiful scenery❄ I live in northern Canada, winter is my favourite season. Love your new tangle, you are such a talent!
That's so nice to hear, Jennifer. I absolutely LOVE winter - am a snow baby myself.

Annie moved to LOWER (!!!) Austria to the foothills of the Alps this summer. 😊😊
Thank you. Check out my other tutorials and you'll see that we now live in Austria - moved from beautiful Colorado last May.
Thank you. Not shaded yet, but I’ve got to jet. Hmmm I’m on an iPad, it’s not letting me add pix, sorry
Hmm. Not sure how to add pics to comments myself. But glad you got it! Thanks.
Thank you for sharing your tangle.
