I absolutely love the longer tutorials. It helps me understand and see how you are beading it as well as doing the lzl . Thank you for such a beautiful tutorial. I actually love it!!!!! 💖💖🙏🏻💖💖Thank you for all of your hard work as well!!!! 💖💖💖💖
Love your long tutorials , it’s nice to see everything you are doing and gives people the confidence to try it and work along with you . Beautiful, ornament .
Thoroughly enjoyed making this one! Mine looks so different because of the colors I chose. This was exactly what I needed, some peaceful time with my beads, and enough of a challenge that I had to focus, and of course, the 1000 times I pulled my thread from around the beads...even that was comforting! Thank you for this beautiful design!!!
Awww thank you so much for such a lovely comment @shirleymoore3767. Yes, I absolutely understand the thread catching around the points - and it is SO annoying! However, in my experience, the really beautiful and difficult beading designs are SO WORTH IT! I think we also need to remember that beading should be a slow, repetitive and rhythmic activity that is comforting and soothing for our minds. I do admit though that I often forget this if I am bitten by the beading bug, beading excited and beading want to finish! :D I would love to see the colours you chose, so if you have a moment and would like to, please do feel free to send a copy of your photograph for me to see. (crystalstargems@hotmail.co.uk). Best Wishes Tracey Lorraine
Not too long. I love the step by step instructions. I want so much to make this. I intend to watch at least 2 more times. Thank you so much for this beautiful star.
❤no not too long as you can pause it and check your work is good. Thank you, it makes it so much easier when you can see the tricky parts. Your explanations are very clear.☘️☘️
Love all your patterns and have purchased a few, it’s lovely to watch especially if like me you’re a visual learner. As for your question about the length of your video tutorials I’m happy with either depending on mood but have been bead for many years.
You are brilliant, so brilliant. Gorgeous pattern. I did a different color way but you’re superb. Your patterns are unique and beautiful. Can’t help but share with our loved ones.
Perfect length of video! And THANK YOU so much for the hexagon tutorial. Would love to see the flat hexagon at some time if it comes to mind. Thank you for this beautiful star
Thank you very much for your positive feedback. The flat hexagon is still a work in progress, I can get it so far and then it fails, but I will keep trying. :)
This is lovely and I can’t wait to get working on this. I think long videos are fine. Pause and rewind and fast forward make it easy to work at our own pace. I have to laugh about people making 16 of something. I’ve made 82 of an earring design and 22 enlarged alterations to make matching pendants. What in the heck is different? Well, switching up the colors of the beads is pretty obvious and that’s where I got hooked. But then I ended up changing the types of beads I was using… crystals became pearls… then the gemstones got into the act. I’ve started on matching bracelets and may even do a full blown necklace or three. Well, I have to use up all of those beads, right? 😂🤣😂 I made your pagoda (floral pattern) a few years ago and want to make another one, probably a bit larger, maybe just taller. Then again, I’ve been drooling over your other patterns so I have no idea what I’ll end up doing after Christmas. ❤ I will make at least one of these, maybe to two. So thanks again for a great tutorial.
Hi Laura, thank you very much for your comment. I would also like to thank you for your compliments. I am so glad you enjoyed the Pagoda pattern and clearly you have a fondness for all types of beads, as do I. Beading is so very rewarding and mind healing too. I hope you will continue to enjoy my existing and future tutorials. If you think I've missed something that you and other beaders would like to see, please do let me know. :)
@@CrystalStarGems you’re welcome Tracey. I’ll keep your request in mind, but one thing off the top of my head that would help everyone immensely is how to thread a needle easily. Sarah Humphreys has one here on RUclips that she demonstrates clearly but she uses a tapestry needle and yarn. Of course that makes a lot of beaders resistant to her technique. It did relieve a lot of anxiety for me, very liberating (not all of us use fireline, your join is brill).
I wasn't going to do one Denise but I think I just might, as lots of people have asked, perhaps with a slightly different pattern or different colours?
Hi Azucena, thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch. I have responded to your Etsy message and I hope that information is helpful to you. Best Wishes Tracey Lorraine
That's a good question Susan, and yes I believe it will. You may have to note where your step up is because I think that will naturally be different but other than that, for this particular pattern, you shouldn't have any problems.
You may not be able to post it directly on RUclips Azucena but you can send in a clear colour photograph to 'crystalstargems@hotmail.co.uk and I will investigate how I can share your make? - With your permission of course. :)
Hi Tracey, thank you for asking. The red star is called the 'Ribbon Star' and although the pattern is in blue I have included the red colours at the end of the tutorial. Here is the link for you: www.crystalstargems.co.uk/product-page/ribbon-star-ornament-1
Hi Judi, I have a new pattern for the Altair Star and I am hoping to release that one as a written pattern. The current RUclips video will then also be helpful for joining tips etc. The new Altair Star is a couple of rows larger too. Unfortunately I am battling computer issues at the moment and trying to find a 'work around' because I cannot afford to get my second computer fixed, so far I have failed to find a solution. But I will persevere - where there's a will there's a way right? :)

Could you please tell me where to find the directions to make a pyramid pod , I cannot seem to find it . Thank you !
Hi Pat, here is the link for you: ruclips.net/video/gA4Sv2GvAtw/видео.html :) I hope you enjoy making one or two and thank you for asking :)
Do you have or have you make a 6 point star ( Star of David)? Could you please teach me how to make one of those?
Hi Azucena, thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch. I have responded to your Etsy message and I hope that information is helpful to you.

@@CrystalStarGems thank you very much. Your video was awesome.
I note that you bead clockwise. Will it come out the same if we bead it counter-clockwise?
