messinho is good but young santos neymar was ballon d’or level, absolutely outstanding. he humiliated defenders just to do it and didn’t chase after money and cared about the fun of the game. but that’s just my opinion
Good observation with one small omission- Neymar was tearing it up in the Brazilian league specifically when he was almost 20 but if you watch his highlights from when he was Estevao's current age which is 17 there really isn't any difference in quality.
