Hit the Yellow Switch in the Switch Palace of Yoshi's Island (World 1).
Hit the Blue Switch in the Switch Palace of Starry Skies (World 7 Space Part) for blue blocks.
Hit the Green Switch in the Switch Palace of (I think) Sakura Village (World 4) for green blocks.
Hit the Red Switch in some world which I'm not really sure about for red blocks.
